from your dashboard. Select a product, enter your amount and tenure, and submit.
Our team will review within 1–2 business days.
Use the Control Number shown on your loan detail page to pay via
M-Pesa, Airtel Money, HaloPesa, Mixx by Yas, or bank transfer.
Payments are matched automatically to your account.
- Valid National ID (NIDA card)
- Recent passport-size photo or selfie
- Proof of income or employment
Interest depends on the loan product. Most products use a reducing
balance method — interest is charged on the remaining principal each
month, so your interest decreases as you repay. Use the
Loan Calculator to see exact figures.
A penalty interest charge will be applied from the day after the due date.
Your loan will be classified as overdue. If arrears continue, your loan may
be referred for collections. Contact us as early as possible if you are
experiencing difficulties.
